Corporate Image has been creating custom printed marketing materials for years. Our 3 ring binders have won both ‘Best Binder in the World’ and ‘Best Binder in North America’ (4 times!). When you place your order you know your binders are strong, sustainable binders with top quality printing matching the attention to detail and craftsmanship that you put into every aspect of your company.
Our short run binders are digitally printed with a high quality printer giving you full bleed images that cover the entire binder. The printed sheets are then laminated with a natural matte laminate that protects them from scuffing and water damage.
Sustainable, recyclable, and strong, these binders
Short run binders are available from 50 to 350 binders, offering a great option for conferences, meetings, and training binders.
It doesn’t. Corporate Image makes recyclable binders that are non-toxic. Our printing is better, the binders last longer, don’t poison the environment or go to landfills, and they look much, much better.
When considering your brand or corporate image, consider whether a vinyl binder sums up what you are trying to say. If not, let us send you a sample to show you how much better your materials can look and feel.

Printing architectural folders for flooring or carpet samples? Your information, product placement guides, specs and more are part of your liner. Ringless binders, or sample folders, are just one way a printed binder liner can help reinforce your message.
Get the most design impact for your 3-ring binders with printed liners!
If you order a 3-ring binder in quantities from 50 to 350 pieces, we have a great binder option for you! Our short run binders offer full bleed full cover art with a white or black liner. Because these short run binders are running digitally, artwork will be submitted in PDF form.
Short Run Binder Sizes
Short Run Binder ring sizes:
Binder spine options:
Available in quantities of 50 up to 350 binders. Over 350 custom binders, your binder will print on the offset press, giving you more flexibility and even more printing options!
Can I get a Portfolio Binder digitally printed?
Not at this point.
How fast will I get my binders
We will ship your binders 10 business days after receiving your artwork.
Can I get tab dividers with that?
Absolutely. Our standard tab dividers print digitally so your art will match exactly. To top it off, they look great (as you can see here).
Submitting your binder Artwork
When you decide what ring size you need, get a template from you sales representative. All art will be submitted in PDF form, with one copy showing the template to insure placement of art. All files should be print quality (300 dpi or higher) – lower resolution files will not print well!
How small of a typeface can I print?
If it is legible, it should print fine. Generally that means 6pt and above
Can I overprint?
Since we are printing these digitally, you can’t overprint. It is best to have your artwork exactly as you want to see it and flatten it without layers.
File Formats Accepted for Artwork
We accept PDF files for your completed artwork. Please use one of the following “Adobe PDF Settings” to generate your PDF: PDF/X-3a:2002 PDF/X-4:2007 (use this setting to export out of any Adobe application)
You will generate two versions of the art – one exactly as you want your binder to look and another with the template overlayed on your artwork. This way we can tell before we print it if there will be issues with alignment.
What do I need to know to convert artwork from a previous job?
The templates are slightly different for the digitally printed binders, so you will need to move your artwork onto the new template to check alignment. For the most part, that is it. You will need to generate the output as a PDF (see formats).

We are happy to ship on your Fed Ex or UPS numbers.
Orders under 200 binders can ship FedEx or UPS ground, so you would not need a loading dock.
Orders over 200 binders can be sent via UPS but are generally much cheaper and safer if we can ship them freight. If you do not have a loading dock that can handle a semi, or shorter truck, we will work with you to find the least expensive, safest way to ship your materials.
